Youn Hong-Joo

Jung Yong-Hui
Abstract
Actinomycosis is a chronic suppurative and granulomatous bacterial infection. However, the comparative infrequency of actinomycosis than many other infectious lesions makes a clinician to suggest the disease difficult. Actinomycosis is clinically classified according to the lesional site, as 1) cervicofacial form, 2) thoracic form, 3) abdominal form, and 4) disseminated form.

We experienced 1 case of cervicofacial actinomycosis and present the case with a brief review of the literatures.
